2013 National Stationery Show – Kids’ Books & Other Goods
In addition to stationery and craft supplies, there were all sorts of fun books, office supplies, and other goodies for the wee folk at the National Stationery Show.
Potter Style had a bunch of nifty stuff for kids, including these “milestone” record-keeping books for kids to fill out.
Also at the Potter Style booth: book-styled Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz puzzles that would look handsome slipped in amongst the books on a shelf. And, the fun scratch-off and Face-a-Day pads, below, give kids an opportunity for lots of creative doodle time.
Sass & Peril’s outright adorable animal pillows are the perfect accessory for a kid’s (or grown-up’s room). The Red Fox pillow was even a finalist for the National Stationery Show Best New Product, in the Lifestyle category. (On a side note, big-time congratulations to Shannon and Cesar on their engagement, which occurred while they were in New York for the show. Talk about big NSS moments!)
There were kid-friendly goodies aplenty at the Girl of All Work booth, including these animal-shaped, write-on adhesive flags. (Each little creature design has its own name—so cute!)
And these magnetic bookmarks—also from Girl of all Work—are the perfect stocking stuffer/goody bag/just-because surprise for little readers.
Ginko Papers’ coordinating sticky notes and flags made me happy just looking at them. I wanted one of each design!
Up With Paper’s booth was chock-full of kid-friendly stuff, including this fresh, festive pop-up advent calendar and…
…this fabulous pop-up book! “Who’s it by?” you ask? Well, (insert bashful smile, here) little ol’ me. (Check out more Barnacle Carnival pics, info, and a fun video.)
That’s it for kids’ stuff, folks. Before I tie up my NSS coverage, I’ll peek next door at Surtex.
